CLINTON COUNTY, Indiana — Ismael Velasco Juarez, 24, of Indianapolis, died on Thursday morning, October 1, 2026, after the van he was travelling in crashed on Interstate 65 near Frankfort, according to reports citing Indiana State Police. The fatal collision occurred shortly before 6:30 a.m. near mile marker 157 on the northbound side of the interstate.
