Unauthorized Vigil: Relatives stated they do not support or endorse a vigil hosted by The Artist Lounge at the site of the shooting. The family emphasized that the gathering was organized without their consent and does not represent their wishes.GoFundMe Campaign: The family addressed an active GoFundMe campaign circulating under Lewis’s name, confirming that it has not been authorized or approved by his immediate relatives. Los Angeles Police Department officers responding to a noise complaint heard gunfire as attendees fled the building. Lewis and 19-year-old Kimberly Pastor were both pronounced deceased following the incident.
