The victim, identified as Stefan Vracarevic, was traveling home from rugby practice when the collision occurred around 10:00 p.m.. Kelowna RCMP officers attended the scene and confirmed that Vracarevic died upon police arrival. The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and cooperated fully with responding officers.
