RAYBURN TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania — A 60-year-old driver, Kurt A. Shoffner, died following a two-vehicle collision on State Route 28/66 in Armstrong County. According to reports from the Armstrong County Coroner’s Office, the crash occurred shortly before 4:00 p.m. approximately one-half mile south of the Tri County Truck Center. First responders and law enforcement officers dispatched to the scene determined that a pickup truck operated by Shoffner was traveling along State Route 28/66 when it crossed the roadway's center line and collided head-on with an oncoming commercial truck.
