Utilizing mobile device location tracking, her family traced her cellphone signal to the Park Valley Apartments along Valley Parkway, where they discovered her parked vehicle. While searching the grounds, family members encountered 18-year-old Kingston Lammar Bradley carrying a covered container along a dirt walkway. Investigators state Bradley dropped the container and fled into a nearby unit, leading family members to discover partial human remains inside.
