According to official incident reports from the Minnesota State Patrol, emergency personnel were dispatched at approximately 1:33 p.m. to Highway 169 near Milepost 50 in South Bend Township. Troopers reported that a northbound 1980 Chevrolet C20 pickup truck experienced a mechanical failure when a tire detached, causing the vehicle to lose control and roll into the center median.
