ALBANY, Georgia — A monthslong missing person investigation in Southwest Georgia ended in tragedy after forensic experts identified human remains found in a wooded area as 18-year-old Samuel Jackson. As reported by WALB 10 News, Dougherty County Police Department officers subsequently arrested the victim's older brother, 23-year-old Jamal Jackson, charging him with murder, concealing the death of another, and illegal disposal of a human body.
