Born in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, on June 18, 1971, Kelley grew up in Maryland before attending the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated in 1993 with a degree in Accounting. He later earned his MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago in 2001. Professionally, Kelley established a distinguished career as a Chief Financial Officer and senior executive for several major Chicago-area firms, including Wozniak Industries and creative werks, where colleagues respected his humor, integrity, and leadership.
