Emergency responders and Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) troopers were dispatched to State Highway 82 near East 480 Road at approximately 3:47 p.m. According to preliminary reports, Moore was traveling southbound when his vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, lost control, and left the roadway.
