Andrea was born on January 29, 1996, in Detroit, Michigan. She was the daughter of Christopher Cicchetti of Melvin, Kentucky, and Veronica Skeens Garcia of Hi Hat, Kentucky, and the wife of Caleb Joseph Conn.

She leaves behind her daughter at heart, Emily Cicchetti; her brothers, Christopher, Andrew, and Steven Cicchetti; and her sister, Alyssa Cicchetti. Her surviving family also includes her maternal grandparents, Ruby and Carl Moore; parents-in-law, Kenneth and Tonya Conn; nephew, Elijah Cicchetti; and special friend, Katie Cook.

Andrea dedicated her professional life to helping others. She served as Assistant Director of Crisis Services at Mountain Comprehensive Care Center, also known as Mountain Comp, where her work involved crisis services and community support.

Her passing is a significant loss for her husband, family, friends, colleagues, and all those whose lives she touched. Those who knew her will hold onto the memories they shared and the care she brought to the people around her.
