Kerrville Police Department Investigating Possible Murder-Suicide Involving Shannon Ratliff
KERRVILLE, Texas — The Kerrville Police Department is conducting an investigation into the deaths of 62-year-old Shannon Ratliff and 64-year-old Wayne Ratliff following a response to a local residence on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Officers arrived at a home on Lois Street after being dispatched to perform a welfare check on the occupants. Upon entering the residence, emergency personnel located both individuals suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and pronounced them deceased at the scene.
