BULLHEAD CITY, Arizona — A head-on collision following a multi-agency law enforcement pursuit has claimed the life of 32-year-old Jeremy Matthew Miller of Kingman, Arizona. When the vehicle failed to stop, officers initiated a pursuit. The fleeing vehicle—reported stolen out of Kingman—traveled south on Highway 95 toward Fort Mohave before turning back northbound.
