TUCSON, Arizona — Public safety agencies and regional news outlets in Southern Arizona are reviewing unverified reports circulating regarding 39-year-old Danielle Renae Lee-Sharp, a Tucson-area resident who recently came under law enforcement investigation.

Unconfirmed reports allege that Lee-Sharp was found deceased on Sunday, September 27, 2026, in an area east of Mammoth, Arizona, alongside an unidentified male individual. However, law enforcement officials, medical examiners, and primary local media organizations have not verified these claims, and no official scene response or recovery details have been corroborated by public safety personnel.

Official Status and Administrative Investigation

Prior to the circulation of the unverified reports, Lee-Sharp was taken into custody by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department following the disappearance of her 15-year-old son, Ryker Lee, who was reported missing from the Three Points area southwest of Tucson on September 22.

Deputies arrested Lee-Sharp and her stepfather, Michael Aaron Menzie, on allegations of child abuse involving three children after investigators reported discovering concerning living conditions at the family property.
