According to statements released by the Simpson County Sheriff’s Office, emergency dispatchers received a call at approximately 6:40 a.m. regarding a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of Goshen Road. A passing motorist alerted authorities after noticing the vehicle parked along the roadway with no visible occupants nearby.
